Narnia: Let Us Never Speak Of This Again (The Midas Pool version 1)

Across the gray hillside above them—gray, for the heather was not yet in bloom—without noise, and without looking at them, and shining as if he were in bright sunlight though the sun had in fact gone in, passed with slow pace the hugest lion that human eyes have ever seen.
Still without looking at them he spoke, "Can we all agree that this scene has gone off the rails and everyone is out of character?"
There was a murmur of affirmation.
"So what I propose is this, why don't we all just pretend none of it ever happened."
"You will heal the guy in the pool, right?" Lucy asked.
"Definitely," Aslan said. "But for now let's get you all out of here."
"Right," Caspian said. "Like none of this has ever happened. So... Uh... What were we talking about?"
"Let's get out of here and call this deathwater island," Reep said.
"Good call."
